As a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with a B.Compt, B.Compt (Hons) and CTA, he has extensive experience in financial management, compliance, and governance within the property sector. His analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every scheme is managed with precision, transparency, and long-term sustainability in mind. Michael's deep understanding of financial legislation and community scheme governance makes him an invaluable asset to every body corporate, HOA and community scheme under the Infinite Property Management umbrella.

Trustees are responsible for ensuring the scheme's finances are properly managed, budgets approved, levies collected and reserve funds maintained in accordance with the STSMA.

POPIA Compliance

Health & Safety Obligations
